美的與喜德瑞在華達成戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議

2025年5月12日，佛山/ Apeldoorn——全球智能室內(nèi)氣候解決方案領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者喜德瑞集團 與全球科技領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)美的集團簽署多項戰(zhàn)略協(xié)議。
喜德瑞中國目前通過旗下四大品牌——Baxi（八喜）、De Dietrich（德地氏）、Chappee（廈貝）和Brotje（伯爵）服務(wù)本土市場。
雙方所簽署的系列協(xié)議，包括以下主要內(nèi)容：
? 美的收購喜德瑞中國現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)，涵蓋生產(chǎn)制造、銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)及核心技術(shù)
? 根據(jù)品牌授權(quán)協(xié)議，美的在中國市場繼續(xù)使用上述四個品牌，完善其多品牌矩陣
? 喜德瑞集團在華保留精簡的供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)，專注全球戰(zhàn)略采購
? 收購?fù)瓿珊螅赖膶橄驳氯鸺瘓F廣泛的海外市場供應(yīng)鍋爐產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)
此次戰(zhàn)略合作旨在通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提升能源效率，優(yōu)化居住舒適度，為應(yīng)對全球變暖挑戰(zhàn)、提升生活品質(zhì)作出更大貢獻。

Midea & BDR Thermea Reach Strategic Cooperation Agreements in China
Foshan / Apeldoorn, 12 May,2025 – BDR Thermea Group, a leading provider of smart indoor climate solutions, has signed several strategic cooperation agreements with Midea Group, an international tech-leading company.
BDR Thermea China currently serves the domestic market through four brands: Baxi, De Dietrich, Chappee, and Brotje. Under the agreement:
? Midea is to acquire BDR Thermea China’s existing business including manufacturing, sales operations and the relevant technologies.
? As part of a brand licensing agreement, Midea will continue to use Baxi, De Dietrich, Chappee, and Brotje, to extend its brand portfolios exclusively for China.
? BDR Thermea Group will retain a scaled-down operation in China focused on global strategic sourcing.
? Midea will supply boiler products and related service to BDR Thermea for various markets post-acquisition.This partnership aims to advance energy efficiency, enhance residential comfort, and contribute to improving quality of life amid the challenges of global warming.
